A:  We ship worldwide.

Q: What payment method is available?
A: We accept ATM and Interbank transfers.

For ATM transfers, customers are required to sent the bank transaction receipt to theinsomniacsarrest@gmail.com. We will do a payment verification within 24 hours upon receiving your payment.

For Interbank/ATM transfers, do make payment to POSB SAVINGS 209-63979-3.

Q: How long will you take to dispatch my orders?
A: All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days after payment has been verified. We do not operate on Weekends and Public Holidays.

Q: How will I know when my order is confirmed?
A: A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Q: Are the items on your website brand new?
A: Yes! All items are brand new.

Q: I opted for Registered Postage, can I have my tracking number?
A: Do check your email for your tracking number! Alternatively, drop us an email :)

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange is applicable for defected items.

Please email us to request for exchange within 3 days of receipt and we will reply you within 24 hours.

We will inspect all items before mailing it out to you.  All items must be in its brand new original condition in its original packaging upon exchange. We reserve the right to accept or reject any exchanges.

All exchanges are carried out via mailing. Only mail your item back to us after you have received an email confirmation from us. Any item sent before receiving our email confirmation will not be eligible for the exchange.

Customers shall bear all shipping charges for the exchange.

Exchanges can only be done once for every item.

Exchange will be processed within approximately 3 working days after we have received the parcel.
